As the third-largest banking group in Switzerland, Raiffeisen has a strong presence with some 1,800 branches and more than 3,600 luminous brand displays.
A consistent, brand-specific and advertising-focused identification of its branches plays a central role for Raiffeisen. Since 2013 the portfolio has been supplemented by individual digital signage solutions.
An extensive range of elements is available for identifying the exterior. These include pylons, plug-in or wall signs for near and far identification, façade inscriptions in five different sizes and steles. The pylons and signs are made of anodised, polished aluminium, the illuminated signs are made of acrylic glass and the frames have an aluminium effect. The lettering lights up in warm red at night. The external elements all fit together and can be combined as desired by the branch offices.
Westiform's wide range of services includes the complete outside and inside cleaning of exterior identification elements, maintenance of the acrylic glass elements using special cleaning agents, control of the mechanical and electrical connections, replacing defective components with original parts and reporting of any vandalism.
The banking group has also signed a service agreement with Westiform so as to protect its investment by prolonging the life expectancy of its illuminated advertising. Every two years, each branch receives a comprehensive service package, in the course of which Westiform handles around 900 sites a year.
