AGCO

Westiform delivers and installs brilliant branding elements in 35 countries for the large company AGCO. A perfect project organization supported by a modern online tool combined with high process reliability through years of experience, are the success factors for branding projects in these dimensions.

AGCO is a global manufacturer of agricultural machinery with European headquarters in Schaffhausen / Neuhausen, Switzerland. Across the world, thousands of dealers sell the core brands Challenger, Fendt, Massey Ferguson and Valtra, and other labels. The agricultural machinery manufacturer has commissioned Westiform to uniformly anchor the famous brand names visually in the EMEA region (Economic area Europe, Middle East, Africa). AGCO relies on Westiform’s long experience with major projects at home and abroad.

Through the decentralized organizational structure with branches in Europe and many international partners, Westiform is close to each of the individual dealerships. After a dealership’s current state is recorded on site, Westiform develops a visualisation of the labelling according to the AGCO corporate design guidelines. Via the online platform OSIS (Online Site Information System) marketing and branding managers at AGCO are always in control over the visual appearance world-wide at all times, despite the great geographical distances. They see how the labelling of the dealership is planned, they can approve it for implementation, monitor the progress of the project and see the result.

As of today, Westiform has provided new labelling for over 100 dealers. More than 500 additional dealers are to be equipped with new elements by the end of 2014.
