Service Contract

With our service contracts, you can be certain that your illuminated signs are always clean and well maintained. Westiform offers two types of contract - ServiceBasis and ServicePlus:

Service Basis
The exterior of your illuminated advertising is checked, professionally cleaned, and treated with special anti-static cleaning and preserving agents. To the extent that they are visible from the outside, the fastening and the underlying surface of the installation are checked.

Service Plus
As well as external cleaning, your illuminated signage is opened and cleaned inside. First, a vacuum cleaner is used to free it of deposits and insects; then it is wet-treated with special cleaning and preserving agents. All electronic components and connections are checked and replaced with original parts if necessary. The installation’s fastening and the primary power connections are also inspected.
