Vacuum Moulding
We use this technique to ensure that your illuminated signage is in great shape. Logos with soft lines and curves are represented in three-dimensional form using precisely moulded plastic.
Vacuum moulding is a process for reshaping plastics, also known by the terms hot forming, moulding, or deep drawing. For this purpose, we use different types of plastic such as acrylic glass, polycarbonate, or ABS. We heat the materials until they become flexible. The soft, flexible plate is sucked onto a specially manufactured deep drawing tool. After cooling, the plastic retains the shape obtained in this way.
We offer both positive and negative moulding in almost all dimensions, including large-scale components. This process enables us to produce effective large-scale components in three-dimensional form to full advantage.
