Vacuum Evaporation

We use high-vacuum evaporation to finish plastic surfaces on the weather-protected interior with metal coating. Whether gold, silver, chrome or aluminium, coating can be carried out in a wide range of light-transmitting colours and variations.

We offer comprehensive expertise and a great deal of experience in high-vacuum evaporation. The fact that we already manufacture metallised brand logos which are in permanent use around the world, for example for Nissan, BMW, Rolls-Royce, Toyota, Hyundai, Subaru and Honda, is proof of our abilities.

Particularly impressive: during the day the logos look like solid metal, at night they are illuminated due to the light-transmitting coating process. It is this process which enables your illuminated signage to develop a full 3D-effect in darkness as well.

We also offer high-vacuum evaporation in large formats of up 3 x 2.2 meters. Metallisation on the weather-protected interior of the plastic panels can be implemented in both gloss and matt form. We modify the intensity of the light transmitting scale to your requirements – it ranges from opaque to fully light transmitting. We also guarantee a long period of weather resistance.
